Stage 3 Water Restrictions

Dear Belterra Residents,

Hays County WCID No. 1 and Hays County WCID No. 2 Residents and Customers – the WTCPUA has implemented Stage 3 water restrictions to curtail water use. As wholesale customers of the WTCPUA, the WCIDs are also implementing Stage 3 water restrictions.

Outdoor watering is only permitted once per week in accordance with the WCID once weekly watering schedule, and must occur between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. Please note that the watering schedule for Belterra differs from the WTCPUA watering schedule. You may review the WCID schedule on our website (www.hayswcid.org) to determine the designated watering day for your residence.

In addition, please be advised of the following restrictions:

• Filling of swimming pools is prohibited (replenishing to maintenance levels is permitted);
• No new landscapes may be installed unless sustainable on the once per week schedule;
• Vehicle washing is prohibited;
• Non-Essential uses are prohibited.
