Operations Contract Update

WCIDs 1 and 2 have signed contracts with Municipal Operations & Consulting (MOC) for operations and management services. MOC will replace Inframark effective April 14, 2023. The Districts considered company past performance, staffing plans, cost, depth of services, and responsiveness. This decision comes after months of evaluating Inframark as well as potential alternatives. We are grateful to Inframark, particularly their local support staff, for their partnership over the last 20 years, in working together to develop and support the Districts, and we look forward to building upon that success as we move forward with MOC.
