UPDATE: Stage 2 Watering Restrictions effective immediately

On March 26th we received notice from the WTCPUA that their operations necessitated moving to Stage 2 Watering Restrictions effective April 1, 2026.

Unfortunately, on the afternoon of Friday, March 27th, the WTCPUA revised their notice, requiring all users move to Stage 2 Watering Schedule effective immediately because irrigation demand is currently very high and their system is still recovering from this week’s outage.

Watering will therefore be on the one day per week schedule effective immediately.  Please note that the watering schedule for Belterra differs from the WTCPUA watering schedule.

Stage 2 Water Restrictions are: Once a week watering – Watering must occur between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM on the designated day. Hand watering restrictions are permitted from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM on any day.

We apologize for the confusion and frustration experienced this week, but we must comply with the WTCPUA’s revised guidance.
