Notice: Variance to Drought Contingency Plan

Dear Residents,

The Boards of Hays WCID 1 and Hays WCID 2 have approved the following temporary variances to their Drought Contingency Plans. The variances will expire if the LCRA, WTCPUA or the Districts move to a different Drought Contingency Plan stage or if the Districts adopt a subsequent order.

Please note that lawn irrigation restrictions remain unchanged, and fines will continue to be enforced for violations.
